Jorge Valiente, propose We have three modes of training that we focus on.
Strength, Metabolic Conditioning and Tennis specific. Strength: For many players Strength
is the limiting factor in increasing performance, since speed, agility and power are
dependent on strength. We use Crossfit for our Metabolic conditioning: The exercises we
choose increase workload capacity, so that players are capable of competing at a higher
level of intensity for longer periods of time. Tennis specific: We use multi-plane change
of direction movement patterns that exceed any demands that a player may face on the court.
